Why Responsible Gaming Matters
At 87db, we believe online gaming is an entertainment activity that can be enjoyable when kept within the right limits. However, gaming can sometimes get out of control, and that can have a negative impact on personal and family life.
Our platform always puts player safety first. We want you to enjoy gaming mindfully, with a set budget and a healthy mindset. The various safety tools and limit-setting features available at 87db will help you maintain that control.
Remember: Gaming is always for entertainment. Never play with borrowed money or funds meant for essential expenses. If you or someone you know seems to have a gaming problem, contact us today.

Protection Tools & Safety Features
87db has several effective measures in place for player safety. By using these, you can easily keep your gaming habits under control.
Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit according to your budget. Once a limit is set, it cannot be exceeded, helping you avoid overspending. The minimum deposit at 87db is just ৳500.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can temporarily suspend your account for a set period — from 24 hours to several weeks. During this time, logging in or placing bets will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If gaming has become a serious problem, you can opt for a long-term self-exclusion at 87db. Once this option is activated, the account cannot be reopened before the specified period ends.
24/7 Support Team
The 87db support team is available seven days a week, around the clock, ready to assist in both Bengali and English via live chat and email. If you have any concerns about gaming, reach out right away.
Protection of Minors
87db strictly enforces a 21+ age limit. Age is verified during account registration. Use parental control software on your device to prevent minors from gaining access.
Activity History
You can view your complete betting and transaction history in your account. Reviewing it regularly helps you understand how much time and money you are spending, and lets you adjust your limits if needed.
Recognise the Signs of Problem Gaming
If any of the following signs appear in you or someone you know, it is time to seek help.

- You are cutting back on time with family, friends, or work because of gaming
- You keep playing to try to win back lost money and the losses keep growing
- You are borrowing money or lying because of gaming
- You feel anxious, irritable, or mentally unsettled when you cannot play
- You have tried to quit gaming repeatedly but have not been able to

The Golden Rules of Safe Gaming
Set a Budget
Decide how much money you will spend before you start playing. Once that amount is gone, stop — do not invest more in the hope of winning.
Respect Time Limits
Decide in advance how long you will play each day. Use an alarm and take a break when the set time is up.
Play with a Clear Head
Do not play while drinking, tired, or under stress. Gaming is enjoyable only when you are in the right state of mind.
Gaming is Entertainment, Not Income
Never think of online gaming as a source of income. It is an entertainment activity — keeping that mindset makes the experience much better.
